Job Description:

The purpose of the role is to work in partnership to deliver digital capabilities in line with the transformation agenda and the ongoing SQA digital strategy. The role will partner with functional and digital experts, global and regional procurement leadership teams, as well as external partners to set the SQA digital strategy and deliver all digital enablers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the co-creation and deployment of the digital strategy for the SQA area in Procurement, including identifying digital opportunities, aligning with stakeholders, and executing the agenda.
2. Manage the digital budget to provide digital solutions within the SQA scope, ensuring alignment with Pet Nutrition’s wider digital strategy to meet and exceed strategic goals.
3. Partner with the SQA lead and regional SQA managers on the SQA digital agenda, collaborating extensively with functional and digital leaders (VP and Director level) and cross-functional teams globally and regionally.
4. Perform risk, issue, and escalation management for multiple projects as required.
5. Collaborate with Procurement Transformation programs involving SQA, R&D, Supply teams, Mars Global Services, and the Shepherd program organization to ensure integration.

1. Extensive experience and a Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
2. Experience with digital projects and transformation within procurement, focusing on SQA.
3. Proven ability to identify and select fit-for-purpose digital solutions.
4. Experience with new technologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
