Purpose & Impact
The Procurement Reporting Lead plays a pivotal role in transforming procurement data into actionable insights that enable Buyers to be more effective or confirm compliance with Audit and SOX Controls. The role is accountable for producing, managing, and updating reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics tools used by the Procurement Team. It works collaboratively with the Senior Analytics Manager in the Middle Office to resolve data quality issues.
The role requires a data-driven professional with strong analytical skills, technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for data insights to deliver impactful reporting solutions across global procurement operations.
Responsibilities
New Dashboards, KPIs, Reports & Insights and Improvements
- Support the Senior Analytics Manager in building new Procurement dashboards, reports, and insights, including data collection methods and liaison with top suppliers.
- Identify opportunities to streamline procurement data workflows and reporting cycles.
Data Collection & Data Refresh
- Conduct regular data collection for dashboards, KPIs, reports, and insights from SAP/Finance, R&D, Quality and Assurance, Procurement, Sustainability, and Local Teams (Adriatics).
- Perform monthly data refresh of dashboards such as risk management, spend cubes, payment terms, logistics KPI tracker, and coverage tracker.
Existing Dashboards, KPIs, Reports & Insights
- Produce, manage, and update procurement dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
- Distribute dashboards, KPIs, and reports to relevant stakeholders internally and externally within specified timelines.
Ad Hoc Reports
- Assist Heads of Segment and Buyers with designing and producing tailored reports and insights to support strategic sourcing decisions.
Data Accuracy
- Ensure the accuracy of data and the quality of insights.
- Address data quality issues proactively with the Senior Analytics Manager.
- Conduct regular data reviews, cleansing, and gap analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in analytics, reporting, or related roles, preferably within procurement or a multinational FMCG environment.
- Proficiency in data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP and procurement systems (SAP, SAP Ariba).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interpret complex data into meaningful insights.
- Willingness to learn and excellent communication skills.

- High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and analysis.
