Job summary

Sizewell C Company is seeking a Category Assistant – Professional Services to support the Category Manager in managing P2P processes and contract administration for a major national infrastructure programme.

Working within the Procurement Indirects Team, you will help maintain procurement records, guide stakeholders on P2P processes, and use SAP to ensure compliance and timely delivery of services. A degree or CIPS progress is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in P2P or highly processed procurement environments.
• Able to work under pressure and tight timeframes.
• Good commercial acumen with data analysis skills.
• Ability to identify and elevate matters affecting finance or service quality.

Responsibilities

• Support day to day contract administration.
• Assist stakeholders and suppliers with P2P processes.
• Process payment certificates in line with contract requirements.
• Support Task Orders and governance processes.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and audit readiness.
• Use systems including Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Monitor procurement performance and escalate issues early.
• Provide general procurement support to Category Manager and wider team.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore colleagues and stakeholders.
