The Role
The Procurement Operations Manager is a key member of Nabis’ Infrastructure team, responsible for driving measurable cost savings, formalizing procurement processes, and building scalable systems that support long-term operational clarity and performance.
This role leads procurement operations for supplies, services, and recurring operational vendor needs - ensuring that purchasing aligns with strategic goals, meets budget expectations, and enables effective vendor performance tracking. In addition to managing purchasing operations, the Procurement Operations Manager supports infrastructure projects by delivering cost modeling and vendor performance insights - transforming procurement into a disciplined, data-informed function.
The ideal candidate is analytical, systems-oriented, and execution-focused - someone who can identify cost inefficiencies, evaluate total cost of ownership, build high-impact procurement tools, and contribute to strategic vendor relationships across the organization. This role includes a performance-based bonus structure tied directly to cost savings results, with clearly defined savings goals and proportional payouts.
