About the RoleAs GRAHAM continues to expand, we are seeking a proactive Procurement Officer to support our Project Team in managing procurement operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Procurement, this role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and value across procurement processes.
You'll be based at our Hillsborough Head Office, with hybrid working flexibility and regular travel to project sites across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day procurement operations for project sites
- Maintain electronic documentation via SharePoint
- Prepare and manage tender enquiries and quotation processes
- Develop comparison sheets for material and subcontract tenders
- Work closely with site personnel to meet project requirements
- Manage supplier documentation, approvals, and compliance
- Proactively identify process improvements within procurement workflows
What We're Looking ForMinimum 3+ years in procurement or commercial roles within construction
Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and supplier management
Ability to manage multiple procurement processes under deadlines
Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and suppliers
Strong attention to detail with IT proficiency in accounting systems & MS Office
Track record of collaborating with site teams and improving efficiency
Other Desirable Skills• CIPS qualification or currently working towards it • Degree in Construction Management, Business, or Procurement • Experience in supplier negotiations and securing competitive terms • Knowledge of SharePoint & document tracking systems • Familiarity with large-scale construction tendering processes • Awareness of digital procurement solutions
