Synchronicity Care Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust, is seeking a Procurement and Sourcing Officer to join our forward-thinking Procurement Team.
In this exciting and pivotal role, you will lead on procuring goods and service which directly impact the improvement of patient care.

The Procurement Officer is part of CDD Services and is responsible for the provision of an effective, efficient and professional procurement service that delivers on-going cost efficiencies, quality and service benefits through the facilitation of Request for Quotation exercises, under and over threshold tendering exercises as well as utilising framework agreements where appropriate.
The Procurement Officer will also have responsibility, with the support of the Senior Procurement Officer, for the operational planning and prioritisation with an aligned business area, assessing stakeholder requirements throughout.
The post holder will support the provision of sound advice concerning successful contracting within a public procurement environment and Trust / or other consortium member organisations.
