About the Role:

This position offers a unique opportunity to support a critical site in the energy generation sector. You’ll be responsible for managing procurement activities across a wide range of goods and services, ensuring value, compliance, and operational efficiency.

️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sourcing and procurement processes, ensuring best value and quality.
  • Manage tenders, negotiations, and contract execution in line with procurement policies.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support compliance with HSEQ and information security standards.
  • Operate procurement systems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven procurement experience in a similar role (essential).
  • Experience in power generation, petrochem, or heavy engineering (desirable).
  • Strong understanding of contract law and commercial risk management.
  • Skilled in drafting and negotiating complex contracts.
  • CIPS Level 4 (minimum), working towards Level 6.
  • Proficiency in SAP and e-tendering systems (essential).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
