The Opportunity:
This role will require collaboration with the Group Procurement & Supply Chain teams, the core project team, the overall Systems Integrator, and external partners. Managing key stakeholders both inside and outside the business is essential for delivering a successful solution. A key responsibility will be to communicate the vision for deploying the new system and supporting teams to learn how to maximize its benefits.
Deliver a common set of S/4HANA Procurement & Supply Chain capabilities, ensuring alignment with local legal and regulatory requirements, within the boundaries of a standardized template. This role will contribute to the successful rollout of S/4HANA across the UK teams.
Support the UK Procurement & Supply Chain team in the design and implementation of a harmonized and standardized process that can be integrated into S/4HANA. You will work with other stakeholders to leverage a unified data source and improve ways of working that add value to the process.
Represent the needs of the UK Procurement & Supply Chain team within the project, ensuring that these requirements are considered during the design and implementation phases.
Identify opportunities to improve Procurement & Supply Chain processes and maximize the benefits of S/4HANA, collaborating with colleagues to ensure a high level of understanding and knowledge is achieved.
Role Requirements:
Experience in a Procurement & Supply Chain role.
Experience with SAP products or S/4HANA (desirable).
Ability to present and articulate a point of view, improvement, or working method.
Experience in a complex, multi-national, matrix organization.
Proficiency in French and/or Italian is an advantage.
Excellent communication, influence, persuasion, and project management skills.
Comfortable making decisions for change in situations with limited information.
Proven track record of delivering value-added improvements or transformations in a Procurement setting.
