A top-tier engineering and infrastructure leader is undergoing a major business transformation and is actively expanding its commercial team. Multiple opportunities are now open for experienced procurement professionals to take on key roles across a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives.

Operating across eight specialist areas—including Sustainability, Asset Management, Security, Transport Infrastructure, and Revenue-Focused Programs—this business offers a dynamic and varied project landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute progressive procurement strategies to enhance innovation and project delivery
  • Support and lead post-award contract management across complex capital projects
  • Build and nurture supplier relationships, ensuring alignment with long-term organisational goals
  • Drive procurement activity across infrastructure portfolios, with a focus on value creation and performance
  • Engage with utility markets to design and apply new commercial approaches within procurement operations
  • Monitor and resolve supplier performance issues, embedding continuous improvement and regulatory compliance

Ideal Background:

  • Proven experience in procurement or contract management within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Exposure to construction, infrastructure, or quantity surveying disciplines
  • Familiarity with industry-standard contract frameworks such as NEC or NEC4 is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement capability, especially within large or matrix-style organisations
