We are a medium-sized, fast-growing Telecom Company, part of an international group with HQ in London, UK. We are a dynamic and agile business with a positive attitude and a passion for what we do. To support our growth, we are searching for a candidate for the position of Procurement Manager with office duties. We are looking for a hands-on, proactive person who is a team player, can work independently, and will play an important role in our expanding team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintaining the current supplier base (Telecom operators, IT equipment suppliers, Data centers);
- Searching for new suppliers, holding meetings, negotiating commercial terms, analyzing commercial proposals;
- Consulting colleagues from the sales department on issues of costs and cost of services;
- Placing orders with suppliers and monitoring their execution;
- Organization of document flow for projects;
- Communication with the sales department regarding the status of orders;
- Preparation of reports on the results of work;
- Organization and management of company's records and the company's documentation archive;
- Processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence and preparation of company's documents and official letters;
- Regular cooperation with the company's management, accounting, subcontractors;
- Carrying out other management tasks within the Employee's job duties.
Qualification & Experience
- Experience in office management and purchasing/sales department (experience in telecommunications is an advantage);
- 3+ years experience in procurement;
- Understanding of market knowledge of Central Asia (Main market players);
- Skills in searching and developing new suppliers, experience in negotiations;
- Strong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability;
- Experienced PC user with proficiency in office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information;
- Analytical thinking and ability to systematize information;
- Knowledge of English at a level not lower than Upper Intermediate;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
