As our Procurement Manager, you'll be responsible for the entire shopfitting procurement life cycle. You'll work closely with design teams to develop and source high-quality fixtures that not only look great but are also functional and on-brand. A key part of your role will be developing and executing a strategic vision for our procurement process, ensuring we consistently achieve the best value and efficiency. You'll manage everything from market analysis and supplier selection to contract negotiation and implementation. This is a hands-on role where you'll be the key link between our internal teams and our external partners. You will oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including forecasting, purchasing, storage, and distribution. Your sharp commercial acumen will be essential for managing budgets, reporting on spend and savings, and ensuring all processes meet our strict governance, health and safety, and corporate responsibility standards. You\'ll also be a leader and mentor, responsible for managing and developing the Procurement Team. This includes conducting regular reviews and appraisals to help your team members grow and succeed. The role involves travel, both within the UK and internationally, to visit suppliers and sites to ensure quality and compliance.

  • Travel within the UK and internationally to visit suppliers and sites for quality and compliance.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in retail shopfitting or construction procurement.
  • Strong commercial and financial awareness with budget management and reporting skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
  • Solid understanding of stock control systems and proficiency with reporting tools, especially Excel.
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to travel as required.
