We have a phenomenal opportunity for an expert Procurement Manager to join the Tesco procurement team!

This role requires extensive procurement category experience, particularly in labour services.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, maintaining supplier relationships internationally, and supporting Tesco's transformation priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and delivering procurement plans for assigned services and products.
• Improving existing services and exploring automation opportunities.
• Leading supplier reviews and managing contract-related issues.
• Building strong relationships with internal and external partners to understand and influence requirements.
• Assessing supplier sustainability and minimizing risks.

Requirements include:

• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and partner engagement.
