Job Description

JSS are looking for a Procurement Manager covering non-IT categories to join a prestigious financial services firm. You will be joining a greenfield environment where your deep category knowledge will be instrumental in delivering value and mitigating risk across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute global category strategies across non-IT with a particular focus on Professional Services, aligned with business objectives and regulatory considerations, ensuring delivery of sustainable value and continuous improvement.
• Lead complex sourcing initiatives, including market analysis, RFP/RFI processes, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Work closely with a newly formed procurement operations function to establish and embed procurement best practices.
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders across the business to understand needs, influence demand, and align procurement strategy with business goals.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships, ensuring performance, compliance, innovation, and long-term value creation while mitigating supply and reputational risks.

To be considered:

• Procurement Manager / Category Manager from financial services.
