Roles: Commercial Managers - Infrastructure Procurement
Salary: £50,000-75,000 plus benefits (25% bonus, attractive pension, Life Assurance, Medical, Shares, Travel Allowance, etc.)
Location: Staines - Hybrid

Our client, a major UK infrastructure organisation, is hiring several Commercial Managers to deliver a wide range of capital works alongside leading construction and infrastructure partners.

This is a great opportunity to shape complex, high-value projects that will have a lasting impact. You'll lead on end-to-end procurement, develop innovative commercial strategies and work closely with senior stakeholders and industry partners to maximise value and minimise risk.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Deliver end-to-end procurement: sourcing, contracts, implementation, and post-contract management

  • Develop and execute innovative procurement strategies to maximise value, reduce risk and drive cost savings

  • Manage large, complex spend areas and challenge business plans to ensure best commercial outcomes

  • Lead supplier management, contract compliance and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, consultants and project teams across construction, technology and logistics



About You:



  • Proven background in procurement and commercial management within construction capital projects OR professional services
