About the Role:
* Supporting major civil infrastructure programmes, shaping the economy and the built environment.
* Working within multi-sector teams on a high-profile project
* Opportunity to develop leadership skills and play a key role in project delivery and team development.
* Looking for someone with a client-focused mindset and confidence in managing complex stakeholder environments who can contribute to business growth through relationship building, supporting work winning, and mentoring junior team members; take ownership of project procurement from market engagement to contract award, ensuring alignment with client objectives and compliance with Public Contracts Regulations.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Required:
* Ideally MRICS, MCIPS, or equivalent professional chartership.
* 5+ years' experience leading multiple procurements of large-scale civil infrastructure or construction projects.
* Strong understanding of public sector procurement, delivery models, routes to market, and contract strategies.
* Familiarity with standard form contracts including NEC and FIDIC.
* Skilled in market engagement, supplier analysis, and commercial risk assessment.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to tight deadlines and budgets.
* Confident in delegating effectively, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
