Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Required:
  • Ideally MRICS, MCIPS, or equivalent professional chartership.
  • 5+ years' experience leading multiple procurements of large-scale civil infrastructure or construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement, delivery models, routes to market, and contract strategies.
  • Familiarity with standard form contracts including NEC and FIDIC.
  • Skilled in market engagement, supplier analysis, and commercial risk assessment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to tight deadlines and budgets.
  • Confident in delegating effectively and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
