Job summary

Mace, a leading consultancy and construction firm in the United Kingdom, is seeking a Procurement Portfolio Manager to lead end-to-end planning and delivery of direct procurements and Acquisition Strategy workstreams.

You will maintain tender schedules, risk registers, and weekly progress reporting, while coordinating trust engagements and ensuring governance submissions are delivered on time. Hybrid working options available in Greater London.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable procurement project management experience on major programmes.
• Strong PMO, planning and risk management capability.
• Knowledge of public contract regulations and compliant procurement processes.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder environments.
• Project management qualification (Prince2/APM) desirable.
• MCIPS desirable.
• Exposure or an understanding of PA23 is desirable.
