We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to join a well-established UK manufacturing site, part of a larger global organization. This leadership role involves managing a team of 15-20 professionals, including buyers, supplier development specialists, and quality engineers, within a dynamic supply chain environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading operational purchasing activities across direct and indirect categories, with a focus on direct procurement such as forgings, castings, and semi-finished products from China and India.
• Collaborating closely with supplier development, engineering, and quality teams.
• Focusing on cost reduction, supplier performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Providing leadership, coaching, and development for the procurement team.
