Cedar is supporting a private sector client based in Surrey who is looking to hire a Procurement Manager for Cloud & Software. This is a permanent position, offering a hybrid working arrangement, with a salary up to £75,000 plus benefits including a c20% bonus, an £8k car allowance, pension, and private medical insurance.

The client seeks a hands-on Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement activities, including license renewals, new purchases, RFPs, negotiations, and contracting for Cloud & Software requirements. The role focuses on licensing, enterprise software solutions, and cloud agreements.

The successful candidate will manage commercial relationships with Tier 1 vendors across cloud, SaaS, PaaS, and enterprise platforms. They will support a global organization in shaping category strategies and ensuring supplier agreements are optimized for value, risk, and business alignment within their area.
