Job Description

As a Senior Procurement Manager / Category Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial aspects, category management, and supplier performance for services purchased. You will develop strategic category plans, identify savings opportunities, and build strong stakeholder relationships. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing innovative procurement strategies.
• Managing procurement and supply chain planning activities.
• Conducting market analysis and supplier audits to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Implementing procurement initiatives within the FMCG industry.
• Managing and developing a high-performing team.
• Driving continuous improvement in procurement processes.
• Ensuring all activities adhere to company policies and legal regulations.

• Strong sourcing and procurement knowledge.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder influence skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing large-scale projects.
• Experience managing high-value categories with spend of £40 million+ across multiple categories and sites.
