What You’ll Do

As a Procurement Manager – Beverage Ingredients, you will:

  • Own and drive strategic change across key beverage subcategories, establishing supply partnerships and routes to market for future growth.
  • Review commodity insights, index tracking, and provide clear purchase recommendations.
  • Build category strategies and implement sourcing plans for short, medium, and long-term horizons.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in R&D, innovation, sustainability, finance, and category teams.
  • Develop a supplier management programme for critical suppliers, including performance reviews and site visits.
  • Complete cost benchmarking, execute RFXs, negotiate contracts, and work on continuous improvement with suppliers.
  • Deliver benefits on time, track projects accurately, and manage issues and risks.

Who You Are

We’re interested in your unique ingredients, including:

  • Procurement strategy development and implementation
  • Sourcing plan development and execution
  • Business requirements analysis, market analysis, sourcing strategy, tendering, negotiation, and supplier management
  • Relationship management skills to build strong, valuable relationships with internal customers

  • Effective communication and influencing skills at senior/executive levels
