Procurement Manager (6-Month FTC)
Location: Hybrid - Office based in Worcester
Salary: Competitive, DOE

Type: Fixed Term Contract (6 Months)

Are you a strategic and commercially-minded Procurement professional seeking your next opportunity? Do you have a knack for streamlining processes, managing suppliers, and driving real cost savings? If so, this could be the perfect interim role for you.

We're seeking a Procurement Manager on a 6-month fixed term contract to lead key procurement initiatives and embed long-term value across the business.

What you'll be doing:
  • Leading tender processes and contract negotiations to ensure value and mitigate risk

  • Reviewing and redesigning procurement policies and purchasing processes

  • Implementing and supporting new contract management systems

  • Building a Supplier Code of Conduct and managing supplier performance

  • Providing data-driven insights with reporting on key procurement metrics

  • Supporting internal stakeholders with planning, compliance, and cost optimisation

What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience in procurement, ideally within tech or software environments

  • Expertise in contract law, supplier management, and tendering best practices

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Analytical mindset with advanced Excel/data skills
