Job summary

A local government organization in Winchester is seeking a motivated Public Procurement Professional to lead their team. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the procurement team, ensuring high performance and development.

  • Deliver your own portfolio of procurement projects, from planning to completion.

  • Provide expert advice on procurement regulations and best practice (PCR 2015 / Procurement Act 2023).

  • Work with services to design effective procurement strategies and documentation.

  • Support contract management and deliver training across the organisation.

  • Help drive innovation and continuous improvement in procurement.
