Job summary

JobsTrackR is seeking a Procurement Consultant for a full-time temporary basis in the West Midlands. You will deliver complex public sector procurement projects from strategy development through to contract award, applying the Procurement Act 2023 and managing high-value tenders (£200k–£10m).

Experience in Adult Social Care, Public Health, Health & Wellbeing, or related services is desired, with LTReg (LTR) exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering public sector procurement projects from strategy to contract award.
• Strong knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023 and its practical application.

• Delivering complex public sector procurement projects from strategy development through to contract award.
• Strong working knowledge and practical application of the Procurement Act 2023.
• Proven track record of managing high-value procurement exercises and contract awards, including projects valued from £200k to £10m.
• Experience procuring Adult Social Care, Public Health, Health & Wellbeing, Supported Living, Assessment Services, or other commissioned services.
• Ideally experience conducting Light Touch Regime (LTR) procurements.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously and deliver within challenging timescales.
• Experience developing procurement strategies, sourcing approaches, tender documentation, evaluation methodologies, and procurement plans.
