Are you a skilled procurement professional ready to lead with values?

If so, Moxie People is working with a values-led housing and community organisation in Blaenau Gwent to find their next Procurement Manager.

We’re looking to speak to people who wants more from their 9–5. More meaning, more impact, more community. This isn’t just another job – it’s a chance to lead procurement in a way that supports people, purpose, and planet.

The important bits

? Procurement Manager

? Location: South Wales (Hybrid – office presence just once a week)

? Salary: £44,000 per year

Hours: 37 hours per week (Most people work 8–4 or 9–5, but it’s flexible)

? Contract Type: Permanent

? Deadline to Apply: Sunday 28th April at 5:00pm

We’d love to hear from people who have:

  • Level 6 CIPS qualification (or studying towards it)
  • Strong end-to-end procurement experience – especially tendering and contract management
  • A values-led, customer-focused approach to your work
  • Good understanding of procurement regulations (bonus points if you know Welsh frameworks!)
  • An eye for value for money, risk, and innovation
  • Confidence in using data, leading projects and influencing others
