Are you an experienced procurement professional looking for your next challenge in a highly regulated environment? We're working with a leading organisation in the utilities sector that is seeking a Procurement Manager to join their established and high-performing commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage the IT category and contribute to the delivery of critical services across a large and complex organisation, helping to shape and manage key IT and digital supply chains.

While prior IT procurement experience is advantageous, it's not essential. What's more important is your ability to operate confidently within regulated frameworks-such as Public Contracts Regulations (PCR), Utilities Contracts Regulations (UCR), or similarly controlled sectors like financial services. Your expertise in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and strategic sourcing will be key to driving commercial value and ensuring procurement compliance.

This is a rewarding role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where sustainability, innovation, and long-term planning are central to the organisation's mission. If you're looking to make a meaningful impact and develop your career within a commercially astute and socially responsible business, we'd love to hear from you.

Our client also offers flexible, hybrid working, with 2 or 3 days a week at most depending on business needs, spent at their offices in the East of England region. They also offer a comprehensive benefits package that you'd expect from an employer of choice.
