Key Responsibilities- Lead sourcing strategies and manage end-to-end procurement activities in collaboration with our European Head of Procurement.
- Own and manage a dedicated supplier and product portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and value.
- Conduct supplier evaluations, benchmarking, and negotiate terms to align with our strategic goals.
- Produce insightful reports on procurement activities, savings, and supplier performance for senior management.
- Serve as a vital link between category management teams, stakeholders, and suppliers - especially where local language expertise is needed.
- Provide guidance and support to remote colleagues across Europe.
Skills and Experience- A proven track record in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management-ideally in a multinational or automotive setting.
- A sharp eye for cost-saving opportunities and a strategic mindset.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Confidence in using Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Access or similar database tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across teams and borders.
