ABB is seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead local spend management and sourcing initiatives for direct materials and services. The role focuses on setting targets, driving cost reductions, and strengthening supplier partnerships to deliver sustainable results.

You will negotiate with suppliers, collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations and Product Management, and lead audits and improvement actions to enhance performance and resilience across the supply base.

Competenze

• Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business or related discipline.
• Significant experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain management roles.
• Experience leading supplier negotiations and supplier relationship management activities.
• Strong understanding of cost reduction, supplier performance and inventory improvement initiatives.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into procurement strategies and actions.
• Mindset to innovate, take ownership and drive continuous improvement.

Your Role And Responsibilities

Qualifications For The Role
