The Role:

As a Procurement Manager, you will drive sourcing strategies, enhance supplier relationships, and ensure the timely delivery of product ranges to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and introduce new products and sourcing options to expand our offerings.
• Strengthen competitiveness with existing suppliers through negotiations and performance reviews.
• Manage supplier relationships, including regular communication, performance appraisals, and rationalization of the supply base.
• Oversee the new product introduction process, ensuring all critical steps-data management, timelines, and approvals-are met efficiently.
• Identify new sourcing opportunities, negotiate contracts, and secure favourable terms for new launches, programs, and catalogues.
• Support major programs by providing excellent client service, ensuring flexible capacity, and managing quality expectations in collaboration with local offices and the supply chain team.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to negotiate, build supplier relationships, and manage end-to-end procurement processes.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
