We’re now looking for a Strategic Procurement Business Partner to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering commercial value, driving sustainable sourcing, and shaping the future of procurement across our global business.

About the Role

As a trusted business partner, you’ll work across all spend categories and collaborate with teams including Marketing, Technology, Operations, Product, Legal, Finance, People & Culture, and Risk. You’ll lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, manage complex negotiations, and play a central role in shaping procurement strategies that deliver more than just cost savings.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead sourcing initiatives from strategy through to contract execution across multiple business units and regions

Build tailored sourcing plans that reflect unique business needs and challenges

Collaborate with the Sustainability team to drive ethical and sustainable procurement practices

Conduct market analysis, assess proposals, develop business recommendations, and negotiate commercial contracts

Support effective contract management and help resolve supplier disputes

Develop subcategory plans and deliver process improvements that build long-term value

Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive adoption and alignment

What We’re Looking For

A degree or relevant professional qualification (e.g. MCIPS or equivalent)

Strong understanding of procurement, sustainability, and ethical sourcing practices

Proven experience leading complex sourcing projects and supplier negotiations

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical, project management, and organisational capabilities

A collaborative, adaptable mindset with experience working in a global, matrixed organisation

Passion for driving sustainable business practices and creating meaningful change
