Procurement Manager - HM Government

Summer-Browning Associates is currently assisting our client in the HM Government, who is seeking a Procurement Manager for an initial 6-month assignment.

Location: Hybrid working - London or Bristol

Essential Skills: The ideal candidate will possess a proven background in Procurement Management, including the following skills and experience:

• Proficiency in writing Outline Business Cases (OBC) in accordance with HM Treasury's Green Book and the Five Case Model.
• Knowledge of public sector procurement regulations, specifically the Procurement Act 2023 and PCR 2015.
• Proven experience in handling complex, high-value corporate procurement's within the public sector.
• Experience in managing the Pre-Procurement Plan and developing the overall procurement strategy.
• Hands-on experience managing procurement processes through CCS Frameworks.
