  2. Support the creation and rollout of best-in-class procurement guidelines, documentation, and supplier agreements.
  3. Contribute to the improvement of supplier contracts and tender processes to ensure legal and commercial robustness.
Data Analysis & Cost Control

  1. Interpret and analyse spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and procurement priorities.
  2. Track and report procurement KPIs, including cost savings, supplier performance, and project milestones.
  3. Assist in developing and maintaining a contract database, ensuring visibility of key agreements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Training

  1. Educate and support stakeholders on procurement processes, contract awareness, and best practices.
  2. Work closely with functions to ensure procurement supports business growth and efficiency.
  3. Help facilitate procurement workshops and training sessions for internal teams.
To be successful in this role, you'll;

  1. Have proven experience in procurement, ideally in a multi-site business or hospitality environment.
  2. Have strong negotiation and supplier management skills, with experience running RFIs and tenders.
  3. Proficient in contract repository systems, Netsuite (or similar ERP), Power BI and MS suite.
  4. Have excellent analytical skills – ability to interpret spend data and drive cost efficiencies.
  5. Have a project management mindset – ability to juggle multiple procurement initiatives.
  6. Be great at stakeholder engagement, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels.
  7. Have a strong understanding of procurement systems, contract management, and legal considerations.
  8. Demonstrate a passion for hospitality and an interest in working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
