A Procurement Manager is required to work for a Main Contractor in South London

This Contractor is aiming to have a profit turnover is to be over £1.5b by 2020, their projects value up to £30m, this developer has an impressive track record with a low staff turnover, this developer specialises in new build houses and apartments.

This is operational, strategic and supply chain for the contractor for the procurement plan and the supply chain strategy & plan.

Responsibilities

  • Management of Procurement Team
  • Oversee current all of the company agreements
  • Working with the Estimating, Design, Commercial and Operational teams to make sure the projects are priced, specified and delivered in the correct company agreement
  • Strategic Support for Work Winning and Secured Projects
  • Ensure that HSE&Q standards, operating processes, company policies and all legislative requirements are understood and used at all times.
  • Learn and understand the United Way of working ensuring that the processes are complied with and adopted into your daily disciplines.
  • Maintain relevant databases as required.
  • Undertake the archiving of completed documents as required.
