Procurement Manager

An opportunity to join a vibrant, exciting and well known restaurant brand with an established supply chain team. This role will lead the end to end procurement, across all ingredients.

Our client has been established in the UK for many years and is going through a period of growth. The business is fun, dynamic and offers a great range of food products. They offer a flexible working environment, with high levels of autonomy but the support needed to succeed.

Description

1. Leading the procurement of all ingredients and fresh food products.
2. Working closely with supply chain and NPD on new menu launches.
3. Creating long term relationships with suppliers.
4. Working with the restaurants to ensure on time, in full delivery of products.

Profile

1. 6 years + food procurement experience from within the hospitality sector.
2. Strong communication and relationship building skills.
3. The ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
4. A passion for the food industry!

Job Offer

Up to 70,000 + bonus + benefits + flexible working
