Job Opportunity

Alexander Faraday Recruitment is pleased to be working on behalf of our public sector client, seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join their team. This role offers the chance to lead strategic procurement projects that deliver value while prioritizing service users’ needs.

You will manage end-to-end procurement processes (from £25k to over £25m), ensuring compliance with the Procurement Act 2023 and other relevant legislation. This hands-on, delivery-focused role is suitable for someone with a strong public sector procurement and contract management background, with no direct reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience managing high-value, complex procurement projects
• Deep knowledge of public sector regulations, especially the Procurement Act 2023
• Experience with e-procurement portals and P2P systems
• CIPS qualification is desirable
• Full UK driving license
