Job description

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our offshore wind developer client on an initial 12-month contract.

We are looking for a candidate with experience in stakeholder management, tendering, negotiation, and the award of WTG service agreements.

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, including 3 days per week in our client's London office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage negotiations for the Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA) and Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA) contracts for the WTG package, collaborating with project stakeholders.
2. Lead negotiations on the commercial contractual terms with preferred suppliers through to FID and contract award.
3. Ensure timely delivery of SMA and LTSA contracts in line with the project schedule.
4. Work closely with the project team to negotiate the Turbine Supply Agreement (TSA), ensuring interfaces and commercial risks are properly managed.
5. Support the process of obtaining approvals from the Project Leadership Team, Board, and Shareholders for contract awards.
