  • Implement and embed a formal Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) framework.

  • Develop strategic supplier partnerships and performance management processes.

  • Create supplier scorecards, KPIs, and review mechanisms to drive continuous improvement and value creation.

  • Manage supplier risk, business continuity planning, and contract compliance activities.

Contract & Commercial Management

  • Establish and maintain contract management processes across the supplier base.

  • Negotiate commercial terms, service level agreements, pricing models, and renewal strategies.

  • Ensure contracts are effectively managed throughout their lifecycle, including performance monitoring and compliance reviews.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to support commercial decision-making and supplier governance.

  • Develop and manage pricing structures to support profitability objectives.

  • Analyse supplier costs, margin performance, and commercial opportunities.
