As our Procurement Manager, you will work closely with other business leaders reporting to the Finance Director to support the development and delivery of a strategic, efficient, and value-driven procurement function. This role will manage the procurement team and will play a key role in ensuring cost-effective sourcing, strong supplier relationships, and sustainable growth for the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies, procedures, and controls.
  • Manage tender processes, including pre-qualification and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve procurement and commercial issues, delivery of services and ensuring commercial issues through efficient service delivery.
  • Support strategic sourcing for high-value, high-risk areas.
  • Monitor contracts and ensure commercial terms are in place and understood.
  • Ensure best value, appropriate risk allocation, and compliance across all procurement activities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified or Working towards a qualification in CIPS
  • Proven experience in procurement management.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
  • Familiarity with Procurement Systems
  • Experience in Managing Budgets.
