Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end procurement activities
2. Manage framework mini-competitions, direct contract awards, and DPS tenders
3. Ensure contracts are compliant with public procurement regulations and meet members' needs
4. Develop and maintain relationships with internal colleagues and external clients
5. Manage stakeholder relationships effectively
6. Collaborate with the Head of Procurement on new frameworks, mini-competitions, and direct contract awards

Experience & Requirements

1. Experience with end-to-end procurement processes
2. Knowledge of DPS, e-procurement platforms, and frameworks
3. Experience working within public sector regulations (PCR 2015/Procurement Act)
4. A proactive, positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
5. Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple priorities
