What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor and procurement business partner to senior stakeholders.
• Lead sourcing initiatives and complex negotiations across non-IT categories.
• Align category strategies with broader business objectives, including ESG and transformation.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to ensure performance and innovation.
• Deliver insights and intelligence to drive value and informed decision-making globally.
• Collaborate with vendor management and risk teams to ensure compliance and lifecycle excellence.
• Deputise for the Procurement Lead when required.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a procurement management role, ideally within a professional services or partnership environment.
• Strong track record across non-IT categories such as FM, travel, and professional services.
• Deep understanding of procurement best practices and commercial strategy.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at senior levels.
• Analytical, resilient, and comfortable navigating complexity and change.
• MCIPS qualification is desirable but not essential.
