Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor at NQ-3 level or equivalent.
• Knowledge of public procurement law preferred.
• Experience in commercial dispute resolution and drafting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the national procurement litigation team across Bristol and Leeds.
• Assist on a range of procurement disputes including public sector matters for clients such as central government, local authorities and NHS bodies.
• Draft pleadings, conduct legal analysis and manage deadlines; develop client relationships and contribute to business development.
