Job summary

Elite Search Solutions is seeking a Procurement Lead to join a dynamic team, delivering auditable cost base reductions for clients across multiple industries. The role is hybrid with about 3 days per week in Leamington Spa HQ.

You will manage category strategies, engage stakeholders, run tenders and negotiations, and source UK and international suppliers to achieve rapid savings and performance improvements. A proven track record in Property, Construction, FM or Fit-out is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years procurement experience in a major UK or international company.
• Breadth of category management experience within Property, FM or Construction.
• A successful track record in managing and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong track record of savings delivery within a high spend environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with key stakeholders and analyse data to create category management approaches.
• Advise and agree with on the procurement strategy for high spend categories.
• Deliver measurable savings through hands on category management including tenders, negotiations and auctions.
• Influence stakeholders to secure agreement to proposed solutions.
• Use of leading edge tools and processes and creative thinking to design solutions which deliver rapid cost savings and improvements in performance.
• Sourcing suppliers from the UK and Worldwide to meet needs.
• Deliver projects within agreed timescales.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of Procurement Management Specialists that deliver auditable and sustainable cost base reduction to clients in a variety of industries. With a wide range of procurement experience across many industries including manufacturing, distribution, retail, hospitality, healthcare, property and the service sector this is a growing business offering a working environment which is hardworking, supportive and fun.

As a Procurement Lead, you will work on behalf of well-known clients to identify and implement innovative supply chain solutions which reduce costs and add value.

You should have previous category experience within Property, Construction, FM or Fit-out to be considered for this role. If this is within Retail or QSR's that would be highly beneficial and any additional Indirect procurement experience would also be useful.

Key Responsibilities:

Skills & Experience:
