Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
• Professional, articulate and an excellent communicator.
• Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Confident working independently and managing competing priorities.
• Experience with international suppliers or import-led supply chains would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day purchasing, purchase orders and stock replenishment.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules to secure best value.
• Manage relationships with the Italian parent company and other suppliers.
• Monitor orders and deliveries, resolving supply or quality issues.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve purchasing efficiency.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and liaise with internal teams.
