An opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Lead to join our C&P team on a 6 month fixed term contract.

About The Role

The Procurement Systems Lead is responsible for managing and optimising procurement technologies and systems to support efficient sourcing, contract management, and supplier performance across the business. This role ensures seamless integration of procurement processes with digital solutions, driving operational excellence and compliance in our forward thinking, fast paced environment.

What Will You Do?
  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of procurement systems.
  • Collaborate with IT and procurement teams to align system capabilities with business needs.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal users on procurement tools.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors for enhancements.
  • Ensure procurement systems comply with regulatory and organisational policies.
  • Analyse procurement data to generate insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Manage supplier relationships related to procurement technology solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience in procurement operations and systems management.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement technologies (e.g., D365, SAP, Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong communication and training abilities.
