The Opportunity

Within Materials, Manufacturing & Capex Procurement Delivery, you will develop and implement a global Category Management approach. This senior, strategic role involves:

• Defining and leading the Category Management framework across Global Procurement.
• Developing best practices, processes, and tools for category strategy development and execution.
• Acting as a subject matter expert, coaching and enabling procurement managers and stakeholders across functions, business units, and geographies.
• Aligning with procurement strategy, digital initiatives, and business priorities.
• Driving capability building and continuous improvement within the procurement community.

Who You Are

We seek an experienced procurement leader with:

• 10+ years’ experience in global procurement, especially in strategic sourcing and category management.
• A proven record in leading procurement transformation and enabling frameworks across large organizations.
• Experience in a matrix, global environment, preferably with manufacturing, materials, or capex categories.
• Familiarity with digital procurement platforms and a passion for innovation and agile working.
