Work Location & Environment

Based in Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh, or Glasgow with a flexible hybrid system (3 days in-office, others remote).

The Team

Our procurement team is a market leader, recognized in Band 1 by Chambers UK. We handle advisory and dispute work across procurement regulations, focusing on significant projects in government, transport, utilities, healthcare, and development sectors.

We work closely with our disputes team on contentious procurement matters, including major court cases and settlements. A key focus is supporting clients through the transition to the Procurement Act 2023.

Responsibilities

• Providing strategic procurement advice to authorities, utilities, and contractors.
• Drafting procurement documents and advising on procurement processes.
• Assisting bidders and working with disputes team on claims and defenses.
• Leading workstreams on major projects across various sectors.
• Supporting business development activities, including publications and training.
• Advising on the Procurement Act 2023 and client transition support.
