Job summary

MBDA UK Ltd is seeking high-potential graduates for its 2-year Procurement & Supply Chain Programme starting September 2027. You will rotate through four six-month placements, sourcing parts, managing supplier relationships and supporting transformational procurement initiatives.

The role offers a hybrid working pattern, with 1–3 days on site, a competitive starting salary (£31,900) with a joining bonus (£3,000), and extensive development opportunities within a leading defence organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business and Management or related discipline (minimum 2.2).
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement activities across supplier base in the UK and internationally.
• Assist with supplier relationship management and contract terms.
• Contribute to sourcing strategies and category management.
• Support the two-year programme placements across procurement and supply chain.
