turn IT on are seeking a Sales Support/Purchasing Executive with a flair for customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional support to join our Procurement team.
Were a vibrant, people-focused business, and this is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, conscientious individual to become part of our lively and professional team. Youll be providing first-class administrative and support services to our schools and consultants, managing the full lifecycle of the internal sales processfrom initial request, through quotation and sales order, to product purchasing. Youll work closely with our projects, technical, and installations teams to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
This role is based at our Witney head office and reports to the Procurement Manager.
Our ideal candidate:
Youll be an excellent communicator, confident in liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. With strong attention to detail, youll ensure quotes are accurately generated in our CRM system, converted efficiently to sales orders, and that products are ordered promptly and offer best value to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Youll be responsible for the end-to-end sales support and procurement process, including:

  • Processing initial requests via our CRM system to generate quotations
  • Collaborate with Regional Teams to convert quotes to sales
  • Producing sales orders and placing orders with suppliers
  • Coordinating with our project team to ensure installations are scheduled for your schools

Working hours and flexibility:
This is afull-time, term-time onlyrole, working 8.30am 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Salary and benefits
We offer a salary of £25,000 £30,000 (pro rata for term-time only), negotiable for the right candidate. Our benefits include:
