The role:
The role will mainly revolve around managing, preparing and placing energy/water tenders and contracts for ZTP clients. This will involve following ZTP internal processes in a timely and efficient manner. The role will involve regular communication with various energy suppliers and relevant third parties to compile and provide energy tender reports.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Updating records on ZTP Trace/Kiveev systems
- Managing own workload to hit client expectations as agreed with Account Manager
- Negotiating prices with Suppliers by phone and e-mail
- Requesting and providing contracts between suppliers and the management team.
- Gathering data, including quotations, from various sources needed to place contracts
- Recording accurately contracts placed on Trace
- Managing the transfer of supplies between the various suppliers
- Resolving Supplier objections
- Managing Supplier complaints where disputes arise
- Managing and procuring MOP contracts
- Appointing DADCs
- Managing termination notices.
- Creating procurement ITT questionnaires.
- Joining team meetings when required.
- Speaking with clients, in person or virtually.
Person Specification:
First of foremost, we are seeking someone who is driven and proactive, that comes from the Energy Industry and has experience in a similar role.
Experience Required:
- 2+ years of experience in consultancy or similar role focusing on procuring energy/water tenders and contracts.
- Must have experience in the energy industry
- Must have experience procuring Power/Gas fixed/flexible contracts.
- Energy brokerage/consultancy experience is desired
- Water procurement experience is an advantage
- MOP contracting experience is an advantage
Skills Required:
- Attention to detail is extremely important
- Strong Communication skills
- Excel Experience. Must know VLOOKUPs, Conditional Formatting, and Data Sorting functions as a minimum.
- Team player will also be very important in this role but also the ability to work unaided.
Education and Qualification Requirements:
- A-Levels
- GCSE's (English & Maths)
- Bachelors Degree would be desired/advantageous

- Ability to travel and to work overtime as needed.
- Must be able to work with sensitive and highly confidential information.
