Qualifications

• Good IT skills and the ability to extract/analyse data from procurement management systems.
• Working in a support role in a commercial environment.
• Understanding and interest in electronic procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Procurement in maintaining and updating the purchasing system.
• Analyse spend data from systems and company credit cards to inform procurement decisions.
• Create and maintain monthly dashboard reports and conduct periodic audits on credit card spend against policy.
